Ground Rent Voucher

 

This entitles the bearer to free ground rent for the 2009 season as charged to existing owners for the classification of holiday home purchased and advertised in our offices. Only one voucher per holiday home sale.
This voucher must be signed by a director of Carr Royd Parks Ltd and is not transferable to any other offers.
